Low-income Ukrainian refugees can save their food budget thanks to the following offers.


1. Food banks

This network of food banks works thanks to donations from the public. Here you can take food for free. 

2. Social Food Network Pantry https://www.yourlocalpantry.co.uk/.
Here you can buy a limited number of products at a very pleasant price. 


3. Grocery supermarkets reasonably priced by Aldi, Lidl, Coop, Sainsbury's, Tesco's and Morrisons.


4. Food for children outside the home.
During school holidays, or unloaded opening hours, some cafes and restaurants offer free meals for children.

• Asda Supermarket Cafe https://www.asda.com/about/instore/cafe – Children under the age of 16 can eat food every day for 1 pound, with adults not required to buy food. 
• Morrisons Supermarket Cafe https://my.morrisons.com/morrisons-cafe/ – Children under 16 can get free food if an adult spends more than 4.49 pounds on food. 
• Table Table https://www.tabletable.co.uk/en-gb/breakfast – When ordering a Swedish breakfast for £9.99, two children eat for free.

• Bella Italia https://www.bellaitalia.co.uk/kids – The Italian restaurant chain offers children's food for 1 pound along with each meal for an adult, from 16:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday. 
• Cafe Rouge https://www.caferouge.com/restaurant-offers – offers baby food for free or for £1 along with an adult on certain weekdays during school holidays.  

• Hungry Horse https://www.hungryhorse.co.uk/kids-eat-free/ - children eat breakfast for free during the holidays. Read the terms and conditions on the site.
• Beefeater and Brewer Fayre At Brewers Fayre https://www.brewersfayre.co.uk/en-gb/breakfast - up to two children receive a free breakfast along with one paid adult. Read the details on the website.

• Purezza https://purezza.co.uk/kids-eat-free/ . At Purezza's vegan pizzeria, children under 10 can get a delicious free topping mini pizza of their choice. One child can get this offer for one adult who dines and all the other kids have lunch for £5. More details on the site.

• Dunelm Café https://www.dunelm.com/info/about/pausa-coffee-shops - All Pausa cafes in Dunelm stores across the country allow children to eat for free when an accompanying adult spends £4. Throughout the month, children can get a mini-base, two snacks and a drink. Details on the site. 

• YO! Sushi https://yosushi.com/kids-eat-free - children under 10 can eat for free from 15:30 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday, until May 26. Parents have to spend £10 while three children can enjoy anything from the Little Ninjas menu. More details on the site.
