Moseley for Ukraine is launching a new Employment Support Programme to help Ukrainians confidently enter or re‑enter the UK job market. The programme is delivered in partnership with experienced career coach Joel Drapkin.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of UK recruitment processes, learn how to recognise and present their skills, strengthen their CVs and applications, and build confidence for interviews.
📘 What the Programme Includes:
- Full‑day workshop, 9:30–16:00 (with two short refreshment breaks provided and a lunch break to be arranged independently by participants), covering:
Understanding the UK job market and employer expectations
Effective job search strategies and staying motivated
Identifying transferable skills and achievements
CV structure, ATS awareness, and personal profiles
Applications, LinkedIn, networking, and job boards
Interview preparation, including the STAR method
Action planning and next steps
- Additional support options (if needed):
Online group coaching (3 sessions, 60–90 minutes)
1:1 coaching for CVs, interviews, and job search strategy
📅 Programme Dates — Choose Your Cohort:
Each cohort attends one full‑day workshop:
Cohort 1: 16 June 2026
Cohort 2: 7 July 2026
Cohort 3: 18 September 2026
Cohort 4: 17 November 2026
Each group will include up to 20 participants.
!Please note that the number of places in each cohort is limited to 20 participants. Places will be offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so those who submit the form earliest will have the opportunity to join the programme.

Ukrainians in Birmingham who:
are looking for their first job in the UK
want to change their current job for something better
need support with CVs, applications, or interviews
want to understand UK recruitment culture
are ready to develop their career and confidence
live in Birmingham under the Ukrainian Visa Scheme (HFU, UPE, Family Visa) (required)
18+ years old (required)
level of English doesn't matter (the translation will be available)
