Free Online Psychological Support for Ukrainians Living in Birmingham

Moving to a new country while coping with the impact of war can be overwhelming. You don't have to face it alone.
Mission Kharkiv, together with @moseleycommunitytrust @moseleyforukraine, is raising awareness about our free online psychological support programme for Ukrainians living in Birmingham.
The Mental Health Service provides confidential, professional support for:
People living with cancer
People with chronic illnesses
Healthcare professionals
Family members and caregivers of people living with cancer
People experiencing grief and loss
Volunteers supporting people living with cancer.
Available support:
• Individual online psychological consultations
• Online psychological support groups (up to 10 participants)
All services are free of charge, confidential, and provided online.
Mission Kharkiv is an official partner-provider of Ukraine's National Mental Health Programme "How Are You?"
