Nature Therapy: The Power of Nature for Emotional Balance
In 2025, three cycles of unique Nature Therapy sessions were held in Birmingham for Ukrainians temporarily residing in the UK. The programme was developed in collaboration between Moseley for Ukraine and The Clear Space, aiming to support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, and help participants restore inner balance through connection with nature.
What is Nature Therapy
Nature Therapy combines outdoor walks with simple mindfulness, grounding, and emotional release exercises.
It helps to:
• Reduce anxiety and tension
• Bring a sense of calm, clarity, and inspiration
• Boost energy and resilience
• Reconnect with yourself and the world around you
Nature Therapy Audio Series — Coming Soon
Based on the sessions and participant feedback, the team is preparing a special series of audio recordings in English. These can be used during solo walks in a park, garden, or near your home.
The audio practices will help you:
• Mindfully engage with nature
• Stay present in the moment
• Feel calm and emotionally grounded
