“I would like to tell you about the work and support of Moseley for Ukraine for Ukrainians.
I have repeatedly asked them for help with various questions, such as processing utility bills and applying for the discounts that you can count on. MFU did a lot of work and provided assistance in obtaining eVisa. I have always got support in my requests.
Every Wednesday you can come to a meeting in Moseley Hive where there are representatives of various organizations who provide answers to questions and advice.
I also want to thank MFU for the wonderful organization of the New Year's Eve party for children and adults. My son was excited about playing snowballs.
By contacting Moseley for Ukraine, you can always get up-to-date and necessary assistance.

The Ukrainian Support Centre, Moseley for Ukraine, has become a true lifeline for me during my first year here. Thanks to their help, I am gradually adapting to my new life, receiving essential advice on documents, and finding support in challenging situations.
I especially value their every week Wednesday meetings where they give all the necessary support, language courses and integration events, which have helped me better understand local realities and make new friends. The team at the center consists of warm-hearted persons Olga and Stella who are always ready to listen and assist, which is incredibly important for someone new to the country.
One person who stands out is Olga, who organized a business training project and a speaking club for Ukrainians every week. These initiatives have been incredibly helpful, offering not only practical skills and knowledge but also a sense of community and empowerment.

I can't even imagine how I would have been able to solve all the vital issues here in Birmingham, without help of Olya Popova. Always friendly, competent, attentive... Olya pays so much attention, so much is needed to help. I have never received a refusal from her due to lack of time or inability to do something at my request. And I often turn to Olya for help on various issues, because I started learning English only here. Council Tax, assistance in solving housing issues, E-visa, problems with air tickets, Bank, internet, bills, English... this is only part of the questions Where Olya helped.
I am also very grateful to Olya for organizing and conducting business courses. This is not only useful for me, but also interesting.
