This Friday, a special meeting awaits you! Two incredible personalities have joined our team of volunteers, whose rich life experience will transform our English practice into an exciting journey through cultures and histories.

🌟 Shelly: A bridge between Canada, Ukraine and Britain

Shelly is a true example of successful integration! She is Canadian of Ukrainian descent and has lived in the United Kingdom for 25 years. She understands perfectly what it is like to move and adapt to a new culture.

Why is her experience important to you? Personal experience of adaptation: Shelly herself has gone through the process of adapting to British life, so she knows many nuances of the local culture and communication. Empathy and support: Thanks to the experience of her relatives who fled Ukraine for Canada in 2022, Shelly deeply understands our challenges and is ready to share advice on how to start over.

🗺️ Judith: Expert in cultural exchange and education

Judith is a former teacher and teacher trainer with many years of experience in education and intercultural studies. She knows how to create a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels confident.

Why is her experience unique? Intercultural perspective: Her professional background in intercultural studies will help you better understand the nuances of communicating with British people and people from around the world.

Japanese connection: Thanks to the experience of her brother, who has lived and worked in Japan for many years, and her nieces, who grew up in both cultures, Judith has a deep understanding of what life is really like at the intersection of cultures!
