At the sessions, we will::

This isn't just relaxation; it's a deeper dive into your own needs and life goals. We draw, sculpt, write therapeutic stories, watch videos, and analyze them from a psychological perspective.

Maryna is a Ukrainian woman who now lives in England and creates a space for women to find support and inspiration.

She's a psychologist who leads art therapy sessions, facilitates the "Lila" game, and works with metaphorical associative cards (MAC).

Her special passion is women's brunches 🤍—a space for trust, frank conversations, and new ideas.

Maryna genuinely believes that every woman has the right to be heard, find her balance, and live the life she truly wants.
