Did you have your own business in Ukraine and want to develop it in England, or have you already opened a business in England and want to scale it?
No matter what stage your business project is at, we are ready to support you:
- provide you with individual business support;
- help with developing an effective business plan to launch, or scale your business.
The programme includes personalised support with a professional business coach, participation in workshops and access to Birmingham business communities to share information and knowledge.
Programme Overview
· Period of the Programme delivering: September - March 2024.
· Programme location: Moseley Exchange; online in Zoom.
The programme offers business support for Ukrainians who are at various stages of their business journey, including:
· Business idea
· Preparing to start a business
· Business development and scaling
Advantages of participating in the Business Support Programme:
· Processing of each stage of setting up and running a business (form of activity, target audience and market, product/service and pricing, sales plan and cash flow, business financing and operational activities, banking, taxes, accounting, hiring, marketing strategy, business insurance, suppliers, rental of premises and equipment and software necessary for doing business, etc.) and support with development of a business plan.
· Obtaining templates of documents required for doing business (premises lease agreement, personnel employment agreement, property and life insurance contract for company employees, etc. if necessary).
· Support for those seeking funding and business grants.
· Options to work in a group and one-to-one with a business coach.
· The opportunity to become an active member of the Birmingham business community.
· Membership at co-working space the Moseley Exchange for the duration of the Programme to work effectively on the business project.
· Opportunity to improve your Business English skills.
Criteria for selecting participants:
· English proficiency level: Entry 3 and above
· Willingness to actively work on your own business project
· Homes for Ukraine visa
Working materials will be provided in two languages: English and Ukrainian. Translation assistance will be available.
